Full, Fat & Happy is a family run business by Emma and Zak. We value family, friends and really good food.

Recently relocated to Orewa, Zak has spent years at sea as a professional fisher before turning his attention to the kitchen owning and operating several business’s in Whangarei, including Butter Factory, hello pickle, and fat boy BBQ. Zak enjoys competing in BBQ Comps with his team The Coal Kids. Zak recently competed in TVNZs show Cooks on Fire and placed second with team mate Ash.

Emma, the real brains behind this operation, has a real love and passion for food, she also brings with her a strong focus on customer service from her years in the beauty industry.
